Just some more information to pass along ... another incentive!

The kind folks at m2Columbus.com are donating 40 t-shirts and 50 “You win with people” scarlet / gray bands for our fundraiser. m2columbus is the company that runs/administers the "coachtressel" web site.

Here are a couple of 'snippets' from different e-mails we've exchanged:

We (m2 marketing, LLC) run Coach Tressel's official website, coachtressel.com and have some T-shirts we would like to donate to Buckeye Planet - to help in the efforts to raise money for Clarity.


... we just want to do something good for a fellow buckeye in need through our involvement with coachtressel.com. All we ask is that you guys find a good way to integrate it into your fundraising to raise money for Will.


... Our thoughts are with Will, his direct family, and the Buckeye Planet family as they support him.


I will pick up the donated shirts and bands on Monday.

The Buckeye community is remarkable! I'm humbled each time I see donations come in. The vast majority originate from our family here at BuckeyePlanet, but many other folks (outside of BP) are doing what they can as well.

So, how best to turn the "coachtressel" merchandise into donations for Clarity? I'm open to suggestions.

I'd say throw the new shirts in with the BP shirts for the people who donate $50+. If they all don't go we could have an auction for them. The wristbands could go to the first however many people donate at least $20.

Is there an updated list of the donations? The total might be current but the other numbers don't seem to be updated.

I forgot to mention that ALL folks who have donated money were updated with corresponding vCash and a PM from me (as of Wednesday night - April 12th). This includes all donations mailed to Clarity and received by the 12th. Anyone who sent a donation but has NOT received their vCash and/or a PM from me should contact me now.

The online donation reporting system is still a bit messed up. As of the 12th, donations received from the start of this drive were just under $4700 (PayPal and Mail combined). Great work all, let's keep it going!

Are you saying that people who have donated $50+ already get a BP shirt, this new shirt, and a wristband? I think we should use the new merchandise to attract new donations, not reward donations already received.

That is awesome!

I do want one of those bands.......so whatever we decide, sellin them, etc.......sign me up :biggrin:

No, if you have donated $50 you would get your choice of 1 of the items or a $20 donation would get you a band or something like that. The only way to get more than 1 item would be to donate more.
