Sports 'journalists' (Who Don't Work For ESPN)

It's gotta be something related to USC or Oregon? Right?

Other than that who has done anything in the last 20 years out west that a big story could potentially "rock the college football world"

Even then USC has not been a major title threat for over a decade now and Oregon has leveled off since losing the title game to us in 2014/2015.

So how "rocking" could it really be, besides maybe tarnishing single players/coaches legacies

Being that Carrol was already tarnished by the Reggie bush stuff. All I got is Phil Knight bought recruits for chip Kelly? I'm not sure that's really shocking but it's the only thing I could think of that would be a huge story and tarnish legacies?
