Love the theory but this team isnt falling into any normal convention. Pretty disgusted right now. I'd like to see us spread it out, hand it to Hyde 20 more times and then short passing out of the spread or reads with Braxton. I formation doesnt work, not enough blockers. I formation is even worse when trying to pass with no running game. Spread it out Bollman!

Sparty gets the ball to start the half. Seems unfair, but our defense needs to play mistake free if we have any chance to stay in this sucker. That's a lot of pressure for a young defense.

I realize most of our production on offense is out of the I, but, I think if he's more comfortable in the shotgun, running and extending plays... we need to do that. I get that we don't want him to get hurt, but... hey... if that's what he can do, do it.

Seriously. I just do not understand, why you would think its more advantageous to just end the half. Why not call timeout, line up 5 wide and just have miller throw it into the endzone. Not like he needs to protect his stats at all.

I wish this team would give more heart and show some desire to win.

Yep. Just from a player confidence stand point they probably can't get much lower than they are now. Need to take a shot at something good happening.

All these are on the coaches when you have a young team. The way I see it the kids are giving the effort. The coaches are not putting in them in positions to succeed. Am I off base?

This is incredibly frustrating, but has to be expected now. Just an incredibly young team that also lost one of the best coaches in school history. Gonna take lumps this whole season, next year will be better.

I would like to see some fire from the offense other than the RBs. The O line needs to step up. Braxton cannot continue to have 0 time to react if he has any chance of doing anything.

Really? I saw a team lose a game last night by calling an ill-advised TO right before half then throwing a pick 6.

Sometimes you simply regroup when given the opportunity.

Someone said that they should start rolling Braxton out to cut the field in half. Love that idea. The games moving really fast for him right now and that might be a way to slow things down.
