Anyone who has ever really watched/listened to Jim Rome know that he's a California homer first and foremost and a bandwagon second.

It doesn't matter what the subject matter is, if it's popular he's for it. If it's a California team, especially an LA team, he's going to "pimp" them.

Besides, you still watch Jim Rome? WTF?

I had ESPN on in my other spare room, and I saw he was gonna talk about the Buckeyes ..........and there is no way by any means I set my alarm for his shows. I don't watch him at all actually. I just happen to be in the room when the nimrod keep replaying the non-athletic abilities of a certain Anderson Russell.

I hope we punch USC in the freaking mouth Saturday........

No Buckeye fan should be listening to Rome, especially this week!

that is, unless you're recording it to send to him next week so he can eat his words

Believers are the only ones that matter this week, and I'm hoping that those in the 'Shoe won't be swayed and discouraged before the game even starts. The side effect of this negative press isn't so much for the team, but for the fans, upon whom the team will rely for emotional support should USC march down and score on the first drive.

Don't let them silence you! I don't care if we're up by three touchdowns, or down by three, it takes 4 quarters folks! Let's all do our part.

Go Bucks!

Our guys hear this shit, they watch tv, they read the paper. At Ohio State, we recruit gamers. You think they're going to get down on themselves? Hell no, they are going out there to fucking do work. I'm pumped. We need to come out strong. Our fans need to rally around this team and get loud. Lets go.

I cannot possibly add anything to the conversation. I think all the possible lines of perspective have been addressed in this forum by people who have a much better understanding of the game than I. But I do want to say one thing to the fans who will be attending the game and to any members of the team who may be reading this:

GIVE THEM HELL BUCKEYES!

OHHHHHH-------FUCKING-------AAAAYCH!

Who is actually picking us to win??..........I mean I googled it and i cannot find one freaking read.

I am picking the Bucks to win FWIW. I watched the Navy game and I saw something different than a 31-27 close call. I saw OSU's creativity, confidence in a qb, talent all around and a coach who cared more about "coaching" and less about running up the score. The only thing that really concerned me was Russel. Reading from sources I trust (Ozone, Grad, etc), I found support in my opinions and optimism. I just feel good about this one and I can't wait for the game to start...

By any chance did you have that same "feeling" before we beat Miami in the NC game?

Go Bucks!

I'm ready to just see how this plays out. After last weekend I don't know anything really. I'm back to the starting line. Navy is a really unique team schematically, and USC was coming up. We'll see how it turns out and I really hope that we can put out a great performance and just TAKE that respect.

The amazing thing about college football is that it is so entirely unpredictable and if Ohio State brings the A game we can take it to the Trojans. I have no doubt that we can get this win, but the question is will we? Will we put everything together and show the world why no one produces NFL players like Ohio State does?

We will find out on Saturday... I can't wait and I will believe in my team no matter what. F the haters, I hope we got something coming for them..
