The CAR was a hole in the wall before that... when it was over by the "Walker Project" building (where I used to hang out). I should have taken a picture of that thing. It was like something out of Star Wars.

Hello from a Buckeye in Boston

I'm sorry if I didn't post properly; I'm very new and still kind of confused about how to post on here.

I've lurked for some time and thought I'd decide to sign up. I'm a Buckeye through and through, and I really have enjoyed reading through a lot of these threads.

Do I hate M*ch*gan? YES. But I think it's cool that a few of 'em post on this board, as well as some Gators, Tigers, and Hogs. I like seeing outside opinions.

Beards, of course, are awesome. Alas, unfortunately (or fortunately, as I lack the chromosomes) I can't grow one, but I can respect a great beard. I'm with it in spirit.

I turned my roommate into a DIE HARD Ohio State and Tressel fan by brainswashing - um encouraging him - into watching football for a month straight. And he's from Nebraska. He has sweater vests in all colors now.

I just wanted to say hey. A lot of stuff going on, I know, of which I have opinions. I hope I can contribute somewhat to this community, and I'm happy to have found this place!

Nah...I was raised in Cleveland, so I have a preternatural devotion to all Cleveland teams, for better or (usually) worse, and I can't root for anywhere else. Besides, at the risk of offending any Boston fans, I find their fans a little, um, obnoxious; it hasn't been fun to be an Indians or Cavs fan here the past few years.

What's up Buckeye Nation!!?? New guy just dropping by to say hello to everyone. I'm in the Navy, currently in Jacksonville, FL. Too far away from our beloved Bucks and Ohio Stadium :( I'm originally from Pittsburgh. 22 years young. Favorite player of all-time is Michael Wiley. I've been a fan since 1997. At least that's as far as I can remember. Anything else anyone wants to know? Just ask.
