Songs you're almost too embarrased to admit you like

Barbie Girl by Aqua (the melody is so fucking catchy I forget how flat out stupid the song is)
Return to Innocence by Enigma (I love the chants by the old Indian who sounds like he's had a few hits on the "piece pipe")
Mandy by Barry Manilow (his first hit, before everyone found out what kind of dorkus maximus he is)

Damn near anything Kelly Clarkson or Avril Levine. Please don't take my man card away.
yeah, I hear you bro...I don't know what it is about Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson and My Happy Ending by Avril Lavigne that I kind of like

so I guess to add to my previous post, instead of just "by chicks" I need to seperate the old and new...

by old school...
Love Will Never Do Without You - Janet Jackson
Cherish - Madonna
Baby Baby - Amy Grant
Live For Loving You - Gloria Estefan

by fresh fish...
My Happy Ending - Avril Lavigne
Breakaway - Kelly Clarkson
These Words - Natasha Bedingfield
A New Day Has Come - Celine Dion (newer song)

by dudes...
King Of Wishful Thinking - Go West
Never Gonna Give You Up - Rick Astley
Lady In Red - Chris DeBurgh
Make Me Lose Control - Eric Carmen

I'm also going out on a limb here and big Romo doesn't care but I still find myself occasionally adding Just Another Day, Angel, If You Go, and Do You Believe In Us by Jon Secada to my playlists...quality stuff right there baby, believe it!

Good call, although I'm not sure I'd classify Janet Jackson and Amy Grant as "old school" (of course, you're not an old fuck like me  ).

Speaking of real old school chick hits, The Supremes had some killer songs like "Stop in the Name of Love" and "You Keep Me Hanging On" that most males wouldn't admit to liking lest being thought of as queer as a three-dollar bill...

You're doing the "stop" motion and shaking your hips right now, aren't you? :p

I was looking for nostalgic goodies on iTunes tonight and found Gilly Gilly Ossenfeffer Katzenellenbogen By the Sea. Not even sure if I've ever heard it before, but my father used to sing it with us in the car. That's some fun stuff! I'll also be humming "Swinging on a Star" all day tomorrow.

:slappy: What was that guy's name? Snow? Something like that. I'm surprised you were able to decipher some of the lyrics. I can't understand anything other than "a licky boom boom down".

I would be a liar if I said that I havnt sang "dont stop believing" drunk after a game at out r in.... and enjoyed every minute of it.
I think we have all sung that song wasted. Hell, I'm 19 and I know all the words.

Also, I'm not gonna lie. Every now and then I catch myself humming along, or even downright singing some Backstreet Boys or NSYNC.

Ya, but I don't sing it for that long because I start thinking about Anna.
I used to sing Hero to my first Girlfriend in college....I was lame but I got laid.
Would you dance if I asked you to
dance
Would you run and never look
back
Would you cry if you saw me
crying
would you save my soul
tonight

Would you tremble if I touched
your lips
Would you laugh oh please tell me
this
Now would you die for the one you
love
Hold me in your arms tonight

I can be your hero baby
I can kiss away the pain
I will stand by you forever
You can take my breath away
God that is lame.

Ok I got 2 more embarassing songs Everybody dance now-C and C Music Factory and Return of the Mack-Mark Morrison. I still think return of the mack is cool though.

" So, I'm back up in the game Running things like half my swing
Lettin' all the people know
That I'm back to run the show
'Cause what you did you know was wrong
And all the nasty things you've done
So, baby, listen carefully While I sing my comeback song
You lied to me Cause she said she'd never turn on me
You lied to me But you did, but you did
You lied to me All this pain you said I'd never feel
You lied to me but I do, but I do do do Return of the Mack
It is Return of the Mack
Hold on Return of the Mack
Don't you know You know that I'll be back (Here I go)
Return of the Mack Oh, little girl
Return of the Mack Once more, girl
Return of the Mack Up and down"
