Confirmed: Eclipse was pretty awesome to witness.

We, in south Texas, enjoyed a double 100% eclipse. The moon 100% eclipsed the Sun. The clouds 100% eclipsed the moon. Couldn’t see a thing. Just darkness.

the low clouds broke just enough for the totality here in Austin area...

Clouds broke in my part of DFW. Had a great view. Also saw quite a few birds head for the trees as it got darker.

Life before and after - likely the same but it was an experience and I’m glad to have seen what people across thousands and thousands of years have. Makes you think a little about this rock.
