sleeper/bust picks of the draft

Our safety play had a little bit to do with it and Morgan Trent was on Jarrett most of the game.

I can recall at least two plays where Jarrett made Hall his bitch in one-on-one coverage. Don't blame the safeties for that.

And if Michigan is putting Morgan Trent on USC's best receiver at other times, what's that say about their own confidence in Leon Hall?

I've never seen more undeserving hype than Leon Hall. He never shutdown anybody worth shutting down. And he got dicked when he tried.

I agree...everyone tried to make excuses for Leon Hall and I really never saw what the hype was about. He got owned by every NFL-type receiver and made big plays when the ball was thrown right to him. Everyone can make all the excuses they want but he never shut down any pro-type player...I hope he proves me wrong(Cincy fan), but I think he will be a bust. I think the biggest sleeper in this draft is likely Troy Smith...everyone can doubt him but I think he has what it takes. I also think the Browns got a steal in Quinn...I think he will be a good one.

Your prediction is that Johnson will have two season ending injuries in his first two years? Rogers did more in college because he had a decent QB throwing the ball to him and there were other players on the MSU team the defense had to cover. Saying you watched Calvin Johnson play and weren't impressed is about as retarded as licking trees. The guy was able to dominate games from the WR position and make catches with 3 people covering him....not just 3 people in the area, but 3 people who were actually assigned to stopping him from getting the ball when they KNEW the ball was coming to him.

You should have passed it around man, you're brain's all fuzzy.

What are you talking about? I went through his stats and I demonstrated that he dominated half of his games and ABSOLUTELY DID NOT MAKE ANY PLAYS in the other half. Say what you want, but he doesn't dominate regardless of the circumstances. That was my contention. I saw him in a couple of games last year where he was a non-factor, went back to check out the stats, and sure enough, he was a non-factor every other game.

And it's "your", not "you're". If you're calling someone's brains out, might as well get your words right. But it's all good FindlayBucks...just throwing it all out there. CJ might turn out to be an all-pro...I just doubt it.

How about that game vs. Clemson last year (Oct. 21)-- Heres his game stats
Rec- 0 Yards- 0

Game vs. Troy last year (Sept. 16)
Rec- 2 Yards- 9

Game vs. North Carolina last year (Nov. 11)
Rec- 3 Yards- 13

Game vs. Georgia last year (Nov. 25)
Rec- 2 Yards- 13

Ok, so are those are dominating stats? Troy and North Carolina are terrible teams and Calvin got absolutely shut down. Now dont get me wrong, Calvin is very talented and is going to be a good football player, but he wasn't absolutely dominant in college like you claim he is.

dude the name Reggie Ball is the end of the argument. WR's can't get themselves the ball. You argument is weak.

:slappy: If that doesn't speak to Ball's ineptitude, nothing will. No one throws a better bounce pass than Reggie Ball

How many brains does one have, exactly? :roll2:

Exactly... the backup was infinitely better during the bowl game (where Ball was ineligible).

In their opening game, Ball didn't throw CJ's way once in the 4th quarter. That must have been the famous ND secondary... oh wait

Yes I know WR's can't get themselves the ball but I mean games against Troy? North Carolina? C'mon, by the stats it seems like they shut him down but you could be right, Reggie Ball could have sucked, but I mean against the crapiest teams he didnt do anything.
