Based on not recalling any major discipline issues while at Stanford, his comments back in 2007 about scUM academics, and his reputation for being a "hard-ass disciplinarian" with the 49ers, I'll guess that he will actually run a pretty tight ship at scUM.

A hard ass disciplinarian to the NFL mob probably doesn't mean what we think it means.

I expect him to run a ship that emanates extraordinary amounts of verbal douchebaggery, takes "holier-than-thou" to new levels, wins 8-9 games a year and thinks considerably more of itself than is warranted by its production.

or you could just say I expect him to run a *ichigan ship

He needs to build a ship first in order to run it tightly. Going to take a lot of renovations in The Whore to make a ship from that big failboat they have been sailing for years.
