He was going to "hand pick" any recruits he wanted though! Epsecially QBs.......now hes chasing unrated Umass and low end MAC prospects at that position

Maybe those 5* busts wouldn't have been busts with a good coaching staff. But keep loading up on those 3* reaches and trying to coach them up to beat Day's 5* monsters.
Plus our three stars turn out better too.

I love how scUM fan always points to guys like Ronnie Bell to prove that "stars don't matter".
But they conveniently forget about all the 3-star busts like Devin Gil, Michael Dwumfour, Stephen Spanellis, Nate Johnson, Kingston Davis, Elysee Mbem-Bosse, Eddie McDoom, Kurt Taylor, Ben Mason, Phillip Paea, Nolan Ulizio, J'Marick Woods, Julius Welschof, etc....
