As was mentioned, you need to block out all fall Saturdays. And always start out negotiations from a position with some room to yield something and still be satisfied with the resulting compromise.

Remember this above all else; You have to control the marraige as 50-50 doesn't work. In order to do that you let her think she is in charge of some things but only those things you don't want to be doing anyway. You handle the rest.
Lastly remember that as long as you pat her on the head every 3 months and tell her you love her and the she is doing a good job she will be happy. Good luck with that sex thing.
