Seriously, I am happy the rivalry has sparked such a thread .. the kid is a serious talent, flame all you want.

Now who can argue with that? I think we're all indebted to Jon Benke for clearly stating what needed to be said. I'm particulary glad that people feeling sorry for scUM and wishing them relevant again were here today to hear that speech. Not only was it authentic scUM arrogance, it expressed a courage little seen since 2011.

Looked like his eyes were closed briefly when he was on the ground, and he needed help to stand up and was clearly a little jelly legged. His teammates were motioning to the sidelines to get someone else in...and he was left in the ballgame.
