It was 59 yards iirc and half that came in garbage time on the last drive of the game. :slappy:

It was THE worst offensive display I've ever witnessed and that would include some peewee football where I helped run the chains.

They ARE the 4th best program, by a decent margin. And now Houston has hired a dynamic young coach. Yeah, Houston is a "mid major", but it's not like the remnants of the Big 12 are exactly a power conference. Most kids being recruited nowadays were in 6th or 7th grade the last time texas had any relevance.

Houston beat Pitt in their bowl game [shrug] There's an argument that Texas already is the 5th best team in their own state. 8D
BTW, Houston's 2nd string QB is allegedly transferring to Texas after losing the job... they're so bad they need Houston's leftovers.

Lets not forget SMU hired a Texas HS coaching legend... some of his staff were coaching at some big time HS's last year.
