SG Jordan Sibert (Atlanta Hawks)

This year and last year. Any 2 guard with some real offensive talent would be nice.

Well, you know when he was at OSU he was not shooting like this. If he were, then he would still be at OSU. Who knows how much of his improvement is attributable to him working hard to improve with the year he had off. Perhaps if he did not have that year off, he might not have improved to the level he is at now, so transferring may have been a very good thing for him because it gave him time to work on his game.

He is shooting at a 60% clip from the field now, obviously that is a vast improvement from what he was doing at OSU. He shot less than 30% in each of his seasons at OSU, and the bottom line is you're not going to play a lot when your role is to be a shooter and you shoot under 30% and are on a #1 seed team and a Final Four team. Good for Jordan to make those improvements, but I don't want to hear anybody criticizing Matta for not playing him more.

Oh, I'm well aware of his struggles at Ohio St

Oh, I'm well aware of his struggles at osu. I'm not upset or anything that he transferred or mad at Matta. For whatever reason he couldn't get it going here. I'm just saying it would be really nice to have that Sibert we see today with our team, Especially since we've lacked a real scoring threat at the 2 guard for a few years now.

I would say a year off probably helped him mentally, Let him step back and regroup more than actually improving his skills THAT much. Sibert was really talented. I wish him luck at Dayton and enjoy watching him down there.
