SG Jon Diebler (2nd-Most Big Ten career 3-Pointers, Butler Recruiting Director)

Now that is some high praise. My guess is that Diebler is constantly moving and working to get off a shot, while that is not Mayo's game. IMO one on one Mayo is tougher to defend, but with a player like Diebler you have to be right up on him from anywhere on the court or he will hit the jumper on you...

Sounds like the kind of kid who could score in college even if he were a one man show. It might be a bit easier with a PG like Conley, a 7 footer who shoots threes and a couple of the other cogs in next years machine.

116-73 in a high school game thats unreal. When I saw the score last nite the first thing i thought of was "how many did Diebler score".
In truth not as many as i would have thought. I wonder who else is scoring like mad from that team?

Upper vs Galion

I was able to make it back to my ala mater for the game between Upper and Galion. It was my first chance to see diebler live and he didn't disappoint. In about 28 minutes of playing time, Diebler amassed 47 points and from my count (not official) 7 steals. Upper won the game with the final of 119-76. Diebler had 38 at the end of the third period.
