The fourth, 6-foot-8 wing LaQuinton Ross of Jackson, Miss., apparently is having second thoughts.
Ross made his commitment in August despite never having visited campus. He told Scout.com then that he "liked what (the Buckeyes) did with Evan Turner last year."
But last week he told his hometown newspaper, The Clarion-Ledger, that while he is committed to Ohio State and feels it "is the best school for me right now," he might not sign until April.
He might be reconsidering Mississippi State, with whom two AAU teammates, Rodney Hood and Deville Smith, are expected to sign this week.
"They're like brothers," the AAU team's coach, Omhar Carter, said of the three.
Ross transferred from his Jackson high school to Life Center Academy in Burlington, N.J., in January and has written on his Twitter account that he misses home.
Life Center Academy coach Wilson Arroyo said in an e-mail last week that he believed Ross would make an official visit to Ohio State this weekend. But Arroyo has not responded since to calls and e-mails attempting to confirm the visit.
