SEC (It just means more.. even its losses are wins)

I'm not sure I love this play. "Come to the Big Ten, where once you leave, you won't have a chance to return."
So you prefer:

Come to the big ten, where your spot you earned all off-season, only exists if an NFL reject doesn't want a golden parachute in August. Oh, and you probably can't play college football anywhere else after the surprise

Desperation has its consequences. Lane is desperate. Ryan is not. Which is why one of them keeps doing it, and the other hates it but was going to evaluate it.

This. To add to it- which league was infamous for roster management back in the scholarship era? Which league went first and guaranteed the kids all 4 years ?

I don't often get hung up on the gray area of morality but there is a right way to treat the players and there is the way the SEC does it (and apparently Cignetti would like to-sleazy uncle vibe giving off motherfucker that he is).

You see the vision.
Good coaches and good recruiters are chomping at the bit to use this negatively on the recruiting train against opponents who bring players back.
