1. I don't know any Horns fans, but if I did, I'd believe that they are fully capable of that delusion.
2. I'd hope that my quarterback assumes the other teams are "getting up" for my game against them, so that he gets my team up for the game, too. I don't mind that the quarterback said it. I'd just laugh if the fans say it, though.

Reading the below portion of your post and this ^ is obvious. They truly believe they should be seen as Bama (Saban) x Early 00s Miami x Ohio State post Cooper x Early 00s USC x 90s Nebraska x Pre-forward pass Army, TCUN, & Notre Dame.
