I was about to post, aside from last week in a monsoon, the Niners are beating NFL teams (including some good ones) like the Buckeyes are this year. 7-0, outscoring opponents 207-77...an average of 29.6-11.0 a game. That's absurd.

I'm still a little skeptical about what will happen if they need to count on their passing offense to win a close/ big game. Jimmy G makes a couple wtf throws a game and they have question marks at WR even with Sanders. But yeah...a very absurd start so far.

He does, but at the same time, sometimes he makes some throws that few QBs can make. I think you have to take the good with the bad with Jimmy G; but, bottom line...he’s 13-2 as a starter for the Niners now. And with the run game and defense, chances are they won’t have to air it out very often.

Hard to find a weakness right now, and they’re doing it on offense without both starting tackles and their beast of a FB.

Right now it looks like all 3 will be back for week 10. Can’t wait to see what they can do fully armed.

A minor point but I don't understand why Pettis isn't the regular punt returner. That was one of his strengths coming out of college. And considering he isn't making an impact at WR
