When you lose a southern kid to the SEC you kinda understand...when you lose a kid to Indiana it raises a red flag for me. Did OSU cool or did something happen yesterday that made the young man uncomfortable about what was going on with OSU?
May never know but I am curious because it’s really not a good look to wear if you’re Ohio State.

Good luck to him! That said if competition was his concern then it wouldn't have worked out anyways.

Yep I agree. Timing was certainly curious but no ill will for the kid. He’s staying home and he didn’t leave a school high and dry late in the process. It’s crazy how often you see a kid playing on another team and you somehow dust off the cobwebs to recollect he was once committed to tOSU. It’s never firm until the ridiculously outdated fax machine beeps and life goes on. Good luck to Sampson...

Really liked his potential, I thought he could develop into a Melvin Gordon type of back, he should be a stud for those guys. We always recover from situations like these.
