Well, I know its the interwebs and not everything you read has the bonafides like Mcbutthurt but here is something posted on 11W 2019 class thread:

Circled back to my sources - for confidentiality I'll just say there's a lot more going on here than what Birm and Wiltfong are reporting. Wish James the best of luck, as apparently he's been playing at 60% all season. If he heads to IU...they've gotten themselves a good young man.
Let me break it down for people:
OSU: your having a sub par senior year.
Sampson: I'm only playing with 60% effort.
OSU: That doesn't cut it at OSU
Sampson: What about IU?
OSU: Yup.
Sampson: see ya
OSU: see ya
Surprised by this
Overrated, underperforming, or had the misfortune of being coached by Bike Hart?Re: He was a hell of a steal from Ohio State on the recruiting front. Would be a big loss yo the backfield.
Maybe not that much of a steal for Indiana as some people originally thought. He was either "over rated" or is grossly under preforming. I find it hard to believe he's still playing at 60% in college, but who knows?
Wow. Going to the rivals.
Agreed. I guess he wanted to stay in the B1G, and the top teams (OSU, Pedsters, Wisky) had no openings. That's weird.
props for this posti’m not 100% convinced Chambers ends up at RB... he might start there.. but i don think he finishes his buckeye career there
It's fun looking back sometimes and seeing how things work out.Specifically, no.
But Sampson was at the game yesterday. I'm guessing that he got some bad vibes from the coaching staff.
Ohio State's depth chart is also not favorable: Dobbins has one year left and he will be the man next season; it looks like Snead and Teague will redshirt this year, giving them 4 more years each; Steele Chambers now looks like an RB for the Class of 2019; and Darvon Hubbard is the guy for 2020.
