S Malik Hooker (All B1G, All-American, Dallas Cowboys)

I'm not really a fan of Tim May putting Malik Hooker on the spot with that line of questioning.

It's like asking Tom Herman about coaching at another school a month ago... the only answer is "I'm 100% focused on coaching at Houston" even though everyone in the world knows he's taking a new job.

And then people will get upset with him for going back on his word when he goes pro.

He has at least one game left to play... maybe next time Tim can hold off until the games are over to avoid putting a player in that no win position?

Certainly not me. Malik is responsible for one of the best ball-hawking secondaries Ohio State has ever seen. His performance this season will stand out for me for quite some time. Vonn Bell was quickly taking over Mike Doss as my favorite Buckeye safety. Now Malik is quickly stepping into the spot.

Disclaimer* I loved me some Malcolm Jenkins, but I enjoyed him more at CB at Ohio State.

Yeah, people shouldn't, but Tim May opens up that possibility unnecessarily by even bringing it up with games still to play.

I dunno. I like Jabrill's sweet, moist, pink labia.

For what it's worth, he says he's coming back: http://www.cbssports.com/college-fo...r-says-hes-100-percent-coming-back-to-school/
The only other guy that can win it (IMO), is on his team. (Raekwon McMillan)

Call me crazy, but I think that Gareon Conley has been absolutely incredible this season. Hooker's ability to ball hawk and take some chances is in part due to Conley and Lattimore blanketing people in man coverage. It's hard for a safety to get drafted really high and Hooker is still a bit raw. I think he's Ed Reed 2.0, but it's possible that the real scouts who give the player evaluations after the season think that he's a second rounder now with a ton of upside with another year. In that case he should consider staying, but if the reports that he's a top 20 pick (or even a first rounder) now are accurate then of course he should (and will) leave.

@pnut34 - please edit the post to remove Iverson as an example lmao. He is broke now and probably wishes he had an associates degree in finance.
I would stand by Iverson 1000% still. Just because he blew his money doesn't mean he still didn't put his family in an amazing financial situation. How he dealt with his funds is on him, but his decision to leave and become the #1 overall pick is still an incredibly smart business decision. Going back to Georgetown for another season could've only hurt his stock
