S/LB Tyler Moeller (official thread)

I haven't seen anyone have as much fun on the football field, or seen anyone play as hard, as Tyler did tonight in a very long time. This kid showed just how far the love of the game can take you, and where it can bring you back from. I couldn't be more proud of him, and he makes me proud to be a Buckeye.

A big :oh: to you, sir.

It was great to see him flying around out there.

I think it was Grad in the game thread that summed Tyler up best...difference maker. He has a nose for the ball. Safety play was a concern for me going into last night. After seeing Tyler flying around out there, it isn't so much anymore.

I can't begin to imagine how great it must have felt for Tyler to get back out there. That young man is tough as nails and just has football instincts that are hard to teach. Glad he plays for the good guys.

Tyler had a great game last night! Out of every player that was on the field, he stood out the most by far. His intensity, effort, and speed was great to see. I can't imagine how good he would of been if he had not missed last year.

Tyler Moeller is a BEAST! Played with as much intensity as I can remember any ever playing with, at any level, for any team. This kid is going to be the feel good story of the year in CFB and I wouldn't be surprised to see him get lots of pub before it's all over. Especially with some of the plays he's gonna make this year. When you fly around like that, good things happen.

Anyone care to guess what's gonna happen when he gets to blitz from the blindside next week against Harris? I hope they make that call early! If you're Harris, you'll be hearing those footsteps all night!

Best of luck this year Tyler! You've earned it and make us all proud to be Buckeyes!
