1) Tyler is doing much better and is feeling much better.
2) This incident occurred due to an unprovoked assault on Tyler. Tyler was out with his sister and uncle and was attacked for no reason.
3) The revovery process, because of the delicate nature of the injury will be a lengthy one.
Tyler and his family need our prayers and well wishes for a speedy recovery.

Moeller update: May be released today
I just spoke with a family member who wished to remain anonymous, but who said Tyler Moeller is "doing very well" and could be released from the hospital as soon as today.
The family member confirmed the injury occurred on a family trip to Florida, as Dispatch team sources had said, and that family members were present at the time.
Also, this person was confident that Moeller will play football again, it's just a question of when.

CHU;1513652; said:Who knows what the true story is, as it has not been address to the media by Ohio State or Tyler, but if ESPN is wrong in regards to this story it makes the kid look bad.
And, I imagine, the network will not even admit they were wrong (if they were wrong), blame sources, and just change the story.
