IMO after the Ray Small situation last year they were playing this extra cautious, and for a little conspiracy theory letting other schools come after him while garnering attention for other players. Much like Ginn Sr. always said about wanting his highly rated guys to wait till later in the process to allow other kids to get more looks.

And BTW it is great to finally have the Official offer next to his name, and I think we all know the drill by now...

Hines is a athletic, active playmaker that has an impressive offer list and wants to be a Buckeye...sign me up. Yes, we have had a rough couple of weeks but the funny thing is all the trolls that say Hines was a fall back offer would all be going crazy if he did not committ. Saying things such as we can't recruit the top players in the state. Okay end of my rant and now back to Mr. Hines and a hopefull commit.
