IMO, Smith may just be the best in Ohio. He look's like a borderline 5 star guy. Webb, Latt, and Smith addressed a huge need at DB.

A HUGE need! Don't sleep on hooker either. Interesting that smith showed versatility in being able to play CB as well as S. good problem to have in deciding where to play him.
