I know this might sound absurd, but any chance Downs plays some at WR with all the injuries? We know he is an explosive returner and he played WR in high school and dominated. Might be a little wrinkle to consider if we need an explosive play.

I would be surprised, but think he gets a chance at PR. Anything else and it would feel too telegraphed.

Thought Caleb already tried that? Returned a punt or two, and then Day gave the job back to Inness. Heck, I'd put Mylan back there before I'd risk Downs getting clobbered by some guys that have worked up a full head of steam chasing downfield punt coverage (even though nine out of ten result in a fair catch).
