ok i see your point there. i find the difference between crack and weed to be irrelevant. either way they are banned illegal substances. however, i can see the viewpoint of steroids actually having an effect on the game so i wouldn't mind seeing it under a separate clause of performance enhancing illegal substances and then banned illegal substances for other generic drugs like crack, weed, amphetamines, etc.

actually they aren't the same.

With recreational drugs, you get to fail a couple times before you get suspended.

Not true with Roids. You are suspended with the first use for 4 games.

Same punishments, but accelerated.
