Reds tidbits 2016 (Sponge Bob Tight Canadian Pants)

rutro raggy...they scored first tonight

doesn't happen often but when it does, it seems to really piss the other team off and the beating is extra savage

could be looking at a two plunger kind of night

Totally fucking shocked. Lamb actually turned in a pretty good game.

Lost in this season of fuctardedness is that Cozart is having an All Star type of year, Hamilton is over .250 and OBP is at .300 (WTF??? and thank you Coors Field) and Duvall might be the permanent LF. Finnegan would be a great pitcher on a good team and he's the only servicable fuckface in the rotation.

What a pile of shit this season is.

What a pile of [Mark May] this season is.

Random variance explains winning 2 out of 3 and Lamb not giving up 23 runs in Coors.

Hamilton may have hit a temporary high water mark of .300 OBP but he still has only 8 BB on the season. Eight. It's tough to get on base 30% of the time when you have no great ability to hit and refuse to take walks.

Cozart will come back to earth like Space Lab.

This is why this is the greatest thread on the internet. Only here can "serviceable fuckface" be a compliment

One of you sabermetricians need to look at Hamilton's value at Coors Field. Could the Reds have a viable trade partner there? Over and over again they taught that place as an "easy single" field due to the long balls and big outfield. Could Hamilton's average possibly be near .275 or above if he played at Coors as his home field? Some of those gappers there are also sure to be inside the park homers for the guys. No doubting his speed is otherworldly in baseball terms. What kind of value could he actually have?

*Caveat, this is the fucking Reds organization we're talking about here so I have absofuckinglutely no faith that they'd ever be able to make a great determination of trade possibilities but if it were, say, the Yankees or Cardinals making this trade......

Say it ain't so titwillow

Marlon Byrd gets 162 game suspension for PED's :slappy:
Fat, useless and roided up is no way to go through life son

So I think it is now an obligation of the Indians and Reds to get together and do Ohio pro sports things. Namely, trade a bunch of really good prospects from Cleveland to Cincy for Jay Bruce.

Bruce will, of course, not produce a goddamn thing. The Indians will, of course, not win a goddamn thing and the prospects will, of course, never become a goddamn thing.

Only if Homer Bailey is included. We need somebody to come pre-injured.
