At what point does a certain degree of professional pride take over and you just get tired of being a laughing stock, tired of failing?

When do you as a man get tired of being a fucking loser and just execute a pitch, get a bunt down, get a 2 out hit or make an intelligent managerial move......when the fuck do you just say I'm tired of losing and do these things?

This must be the most gutless, cowardly, uncaring 25 cocksuckers walking the face of the earth and they somehow all play for our team.
