Exactly.

Brantley brought it up after Stubb's hit. If you go up there swinging it forces the pitcher to adjust to you. They'll be on the defensive, have to adjust to your aggressiveness and likely make a mistake.

Today was a perfect example of how an aggressive approach can unnerve a pitcher and really get them off their game.
