Reds Tidbits (2011 Season)

Votto hit a fly ball to left, pretty deep, but clearly an out. Volquez got doubled up at 2nd base.

If you are too fucking dumb to play baseball then you really should be put down for humanitarian reasons.

I'll be happy to do it if no one in Cincy has the stones.

That was a strange call by the Giants. He swung with 1 strike, which can be a good call sometimes. Yet the Reds were conceding the sacrifice. No one was charging or even that close. Then they put the bunt back on. It's amazing how many managers in the majors baffle me when it comes to really simple stuff.

Fortunately for us the Giants are equally inept at manufacturing runs.

The only way Volquez can make up for his stupidity now is if he goes 8 innings and gives up no more runs.

There's that Liriano guy again. Werent we talking about trading for him a week or so ago? hehe

My theory on that is 2 part;

1) They are all former players and therefore mostly stupid

2) They get bored and overmanage when they get a chance to actually do something besides sit there and chew.
