Phillips on the basebaths. He is an idiot out there. Heck, when he got to second he was dancing around like an moron out there, and he had no where to go.

BTW...this is the second time the Reds have pulled that crap (1st to 2nd on a fly ball, Votto up next). Of course the first time Bruce got thrown out at 2nd the other time.
