Anyway. Harang and Chapman's roster spots were opened by optioning Volquez to Dayton where he can get two regular starts and come right back once the AA season ends, and placing Nix on the DL, per John Fay.

Thats the whole idea. Jinx the Cardinals by betting on them and donate money to Buckeye Planet. Win win situation.

BTW, I'll be donating again this weekend regardless, so its just another way to increase the pot. :biggrin:

for those that have attended games this year, with it being a playoff contention team this year dunno how easy will it be, but, Im comin up for the OSU Mimai game next weekend, and thinking about possibly going to the reds pirates game that friday night, since its against the pirates Im assuming I should be able to get tickets at the stadium right before the game? Cant imagine it bein a sellout against the Pirates

No, not likely...especially with high school football being in full swing.
