You know in some walks of life, if have one employee who can't produce very much you can go out and hire a bunch more of them and accomplish your organizational goals through sheer volume. Unfortunately for Reds fans no one in charge has figured out baseball isn't one of those walks of life. :(

Nice start for Cueto

1BB, 1HBP, 2 HRs 4 ER and counting with 2 outs in the 1st. :roll2:

Edit add another BB and a double by the fucking pitcher 6-0 Phillies, still 2 outs and top of the order.

Good thing we have a lot of offense to come back in games like this.

Danny Ray makes an appearance in the first inning. YEEEEOUCH.

50 pitches, 7 ER in 2/3 of an inning for Cueto.

Utley takes Little Danny Herrera deep for a 3 run HR.

Yeah but he's fast and thusly creates more runs for his team.

We'd probably be winning if Gomes did't hit a meaningless rally killer instead of choking up and slapping it the other way like he's supposed to.

Beer league softball offense is clearly the cause for this debacle.

I restate my annual opinion that the big top music from the circus should be the only music played over the PA when the Reds take the field or any Red except Votto comes to the plate.

It should be a city ordinance.
