Phillips tried to ground into another double play there, but the Pirates were having none of it. At least George Grande didn't say something stupid like, "He got the job done."

I'm sure he's a genuinly nice man and gentle human being but it would bring me great joy to listen to GG beaten within an inch of his life with a sock full of combination locks.

I haven't made it out of the 3rd inning off mute in two years when he and the "one lost brain cell away from being the retarded" left hander have been calling the game.

This team has no sense of direction. Figuring that Dunn and Griffey are gone next year they will be able to start fresh.

I'm through being negative all of the time. Its unhealthy. I'll take the high road on this team until they or I am no more.


Hmmm, 2 run homer by BP and its all tied up again. Yell at him when he messes up but make sure to give the praise when he produces. He puts up some pretty damn good stats for a 2nd basemen, but doesnt belong in the 4 hole. I'd keep him around for the duration.

I'll beg to differ on Chris Welsh. I actually enjoy listening to him whenever he's not partnered up with a total fucking goober.

Phillips continues to kill LHPs.

Votto played some excellent defense this inning.

On any other night, Jack Wilson would've had an argument at 2nd base. After that bullshit that happened at 3rd base earlier though, it's karma. Actually, that still doesn't make up for it. That runner at 3rd for the Pirates scored the third run. With the correct call in that situation, this game is over right now.
