RB Trey Sermon (2020 B1G CCG MVP, Indianapolis Colts)

He looked like a completely different dude out there today...great vision and so decisive. He has definitely found some confidence and it couldn't have come at a better time.
If used correctly I agree... IMO we need to get back to running the ball with play action off of it.

IMO we really get distracted by taking shots down field and forget what we do best which is beat people up.

Justin Fields from last year (throwing 17-20 times) is enough for this offense to be unstoppable and there's no reason to go away from that.

Hopefully Sermons record day helps get us back to what we do best going forward.

Yesterday, we got a reminder of what great Ohio State running backs look like. The lateral cuts, fluidity at the hips, acceleration. Not to diminish Teague or Sermon, it is something that we really have not seen this year. Winning the national championship will depend on Ohio State's best back being on the field and playing a prominent role in the remaining games.
