What? Pork shoulder or Spam? Pork shoulder is also called pork butt but it’s the shoulder. The actual butt is where you get ham. If you’ve ever had BBQ pulled pork, you’ve had pork shoulder. If you’re talking about Spam then you’re not really missing anything. It’s very popular among Hawaiians, though.

Spam... but I've seen it fried and on sandwiches lol... I have to say it looks pretty good.
