RB Jordan Hall (Official Thread)

I used to get sad when I thought about all the players we have leaving after this year. But, really, I'm ridiculously excited to see the teams we're going to field in the next few years. So much talent it's scary..

Exactly.

Look at the scholarship table:

Scholarship Breakdown by Class and Position

Cover the left hand column. Tell me where our weaknesses are?

We could be competitive in the Big Ten THIS season without our 21 man senior class.

Recruiting: Jeannette's Hall to join Pryor
Jayhawks' running back makes verbal commitment to play for Ohio State
Wednesday, April 23, 2008
By Mike White, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Jeannette High School quarterback Terrelle Pryor and running back Jordan Hall were central figures in the Jayhawks' run to WPIAL and PIAA football championships last season.
Perhaps someday they'll play in the same backfield again at Ohio State.
Hall, a junior, made a verbal commitment to Ohio State Monday night. Last month, Pryor, a senior, signed a letter of intent with Ohio State.
"Terrelle's not the reason I chose Ohio State," Hall said. "I just felt it was the right place for me."
Hall was the second WPIAL player to choose Ohio State Monday. Gateway linebacker Dorian Bell, ranked by scouting services as one of the top 20 juniors in the country, also committed to the Buckeyes.
Since 2004, Ohio State has landed eight players from the WPIAL.

eannette's Hall adds to WPIAL connection at Ohio State Tuesday, April 22, 2008
By Mike White, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Ohio State has landed another WPIAL football player.
Jeannette junior running back Jordan Hall made a verbal commitment to Ohio State Monday night. On Monday afternoon, Gateway standout linebacker Dorian Bell announced his commitment to Ohio State.
Hall still has one more season at Jeannette, but when he gets to Ohio State in 2009, he will be reunited with a former teammate. Last month, Ohio State signed Jeannette quarterback Terrelle Pryor.
Jeannette coach Ray Reitz knew Hall liked Ohio State, but Reitz thought Hall would wait to make a decision. Hall can't sign a binding letter of intent with Ohio State until February of his senior year.

Dispatch

Jeannette (Pa.) High School coach Ray Reitz said he was surprised that junior running back Jordan Hall committed to Ohio State so early because he hasn't visited many colleges.
Hall, a high school teammate of incoming Ohio State recruit Terrelle Pryor, attended a Penn State game with Pryor last fall and visited Pittsburgh. He attended OSU's "junior day" two months ago, went to the spring game Saturday and committed Monday.
