I don't know why, but I get the stupid feeling that Berry will announce either at the Under Armour game on television or on ESPNU on Signing Day.

As long as I get to use

Not saying that it won't happen in August ... but Jaamal already has three or four official visits scheduled. Of course, he could always cancel his visits (except for Ohio State).

I don't know if it will be that soon, but one good thing is that whenever he lists the schools he's interested in, Ohio State is always the first school he says in the list (i.e. Ohio State, Florida, Ole Miss, etc.).

It's a little thing, but subconsciously Ohio State is the school in his mind. Terrelle Pryor did the same thing when he listed the schools he was interested in.

I like the Ozone articles but man that forum is a mess to read.. Anway, I could care less if a kid gives a commitment today tomorrow or 3 months. It matters not until signing day. I assume* (dangerous I know) that coaches will allow Berry all the time he needs to make a decision. Rather have a kid who is 100% sure then to have someone take back their verbal and I think Berry is a player you keep a spot for.

I agree that it is usually a good thing. However, with Berry he has been pretty open about proclaiming that OSU is his leader, no matter what reporter he is talking to (not just Buckeye sites). That is an even better and more accurate sign.

By Mike Bakas...Telfort will be a part of a road trip, with other top South Florida recruits (Jaamal Berry, Vlad Emilien, James Green, and others), to check six schools (Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Clemson, Alabama, Florida State).

If Ohio State really wants a third running back in the class they are better off having the third wait until the last day so he doesn't turn off the other two.

If Berry commits after Hall and Hyde have faxed, everyone is in.

The only downside is one or two might transfer in two years when they aren't in the rotation.

Hall has been told that's going to be used in a lamaar thomas fashion, not as a pure rb. therefore, it shouldn't be an issue.
