Good point. Nonetheless, I see something in Eze that I never saw in Rod. Doesn't mean Rod can't find it, but I haven't seen it yet.

And back when rod was an underclassmen, against the same so so competition, he underwhelmed, and often fumbled. Further hindering his maturation and movement up the depth chart. One thing EzE has done in limited carries is show and prove. I often worry when frosh skill position players enter games, no matter their star status. I don't feel that at all when Elliott enters the game, or dontre and joey either. Great set of kids and makes our future look very bright

I think EzE is the best blend of a back we've had here since I can remember. We've had great power backs and some occasional scat-backs, but EzE is good-great in every category. Definitely a powerful guy but fast, athletic, and above all very instinctual. He has all the talent in the world and if the OL of the future is anything like our current OL, he is going to kill it. Another plus is with all the carries he should get, Dontre can get some carries but focus more on receiving.
