RB Ezekiel Elliott (All B1G, All-American, National Champion, Pro Bowl, All Pro, Dallas Cowboys)

Ezekiel 25:17

I will carry out great vengeance on them and punish them with furious rebukes. And when I have inflicted my revenge, they will know that I am the LORD.

Thanks, now I have to go watch Pulp Fiction.

Zeke's nickname for his running style should be the same name as Jules Winnfield's wallet.

I hope Zeke is only focused on winning and not worrying about the Heisman. Keep getting those first downs and do whatever you were doing last year to help your team and keep smiling even when the touches don't come.

Idk what makes you think that the Heisman is more important to him than winning... To me he took what the VA Tech defense gave him, he was running against a 46 scheme that tries to limit RBs and he still busted a big run. I think well see some good plays from him throughout the year, but Urban has shown that he's going to use a long list of guys to run the ball. In the VA Tech game alone, both QBs, Braxton, Ball, Dunn and Samuel had rushes. In the coming season I can get well also see rushes from Wilson and Marshall and possibly Weber. That's 10 different runners to throw at teams, yikes. EzE will be fine

In his last six games, Elliott has 117 carries for 1046 yards (8.9 ypc) and 12 TDs.

He has over 100 yards in each of those games, and over 200 yards in three of those games.

He has at least one run of at least 33 yards in each game:

65-yard vs Indiana (TD)
44-yard vs Michigan (TD)
81-yard vs Wisconsin (TD)
60-yard vs Wisconsin
54-yard vs Alabama
85-yard vs Alabama (TD)
33-yard vs Oregon (TD)
80-yard vs Va Tech (TD)

Zeke's on an amazing run right now, probably the best in Ohio State history.

Is it possible that he's already the best RB in school history? Is it just a matter of padding his stats from here on out?

I don't mean any slight to the great ones that came before him or anything. I'm just wondering if with the offense we're running, and the multitude of weapons being stockpiled in Columbus, is it hurting his ability to be considered the best or does it make it even more amazing that he does his thing with such limited touches?

That's a can of worms right there. Best RB in school history? I'd say he has a couple Heismans and some NCAA career rushing records to go before he's in that discussion. Best home-run hitter at RB in school history though? I can get behind that.

I'm just adding to the chatter here. Everyone is focusing on Braxton's spin, but Zeke freaking nailed that block. He is either a really determined kid or well coached, or both, but he deserves 50% of the love here. Both of these guys are amazing.
