RB Chris "Beanie" Wells (All B1G, All-American)

Pretty hard to not feel this way I can understand, but you don't think LSU and that ferocious d keyed on Beanie as he ran for a 62 yard touchdown and 98 yards on his other 19 carries. I'm convinced, the only person that truly stops Beanie is Beanie, when he runs determined, I don't think I've seen a scarier college back.
I'm not denying Beanie's talent, but one of the main reasons he was able to break off that 62 yard TD in the NC game was because the LSU Safety was well out of position.

A large majority of big plays for any offense usually comes from some defensive mistakes. Good offenses and players can force defenses to make mistakes.

I've heard a slew of hilarious things coming from this pic... from conspiracies from JT, to this being photoshopped. To clarify the latter for some, here's the full animated series:

USC is never out of position? Ever? I think Beanie will force a couple guys "out of position". Flat on their backs.
Mendenhall as well.

Against Virginia, they brought a blitz just about every down. It'd be nice to catch them in a blitz a few times, and counter it.

I'd imagine we'll get caught running into a blitz several times too, but overall I like Beanie's chances to break a few long ones if he's healthy enough.

That blitz USC brings, also means the O-line better know their reads and Todd better be on the same page with his receivers. I don't think we've seen an attacking D similar to this in a very long time.

The photoshopped explanation is pretty hilarious. I don't have any doubts about the validity of the pics, but for those that do they should have seen Buckeye Replay on Sunday because they showed Beanie's celebration jump with Boom after his touchdown.

If he has been in position Beanie would have just run him over on his way to the TD, so either way he scores on that play

You apparently missed the fact that Beanie stiff armed his sorry, out of position, ass all the way to f'n China. After watching the play several hundred times, I doubt that, had the safety been in position, it would have made any difference.

Thanks Josh. Some "turd" I was drilling was saying it was photoshopped and that it was a "bad photoshop job" b/c according to him you could see the "bad job" near beanies feet. What a tool! Nice series.

Oh, BTW Josh Winslow and "bad photoshop job" just don't go in the same sentence. Of course he didn't know who took the photo b/c it was "photoshopped". Did I say that guy was a tool yet?
