I'm seriously wondering if this weekend's game is going to have the same, lasting effects as the game you referenced has had on the U. It broke them. They've been broken ever since. May the same broken spirit infect Harbawl and his band of losers.
Never seen this much salt after a loss. Hell Miami handled their NC loss with more class than this. Harbaugh losing his damn mind? The parents of scUM players pushing a petition? I know Tressel did significant damage, but Urban may have just crippled them mentally for the next couple of decades. I'm almost convinced an Alabama-level scUM team loaded with 5-stars would find a way to lose to a team full of 2 and 3-stars if they were wearing Buckeye jerseys at this point.

no they didn't

I'd say that the Miami coaches and parents of players handled their loss with more class. For players I'd call it a push with some whiners and some stand up responses for both teams. But as bad and Cult-like as some of the UM fans have been about the officiating, it's all just been whining aside from that one punk who commented on yesterday's car/knife attack at OSU being karma. That's no match for the multiple Miami fans who posted hopes that Tressel's daughters would be raped.

Lets recall there was no twitter in 2002

I still think that, armed with the same tools to amplify their stupidity, Miami would have outdone tsun.

Regarding their fan base, I think that they outdid scUM even without the extra means of communication. But you could have given Coker the whalesong monolith from Star
Trek IV top amplify his thoughts and he still wouldn't have outwhined Jim BLLo.

I don't remember Coker going on a tirade about the refs and nor do I remember the parents of players starting petitions.

Like damn.
I think a lot of the scUM over the top whining has to do with them losing to tOSU in a double overtime game where they think there was a questionable call. The fact that it was OSU is the biggest part of the equation. But make no mistake, Miami fans and players are still butt hurt over that NC loss. My buddy who's a Miami fan brought up the PI call when he texted me about JT's spot, saying we stole another game... A former Miami player whose a commentator brought it up while calling a game THIS year(I can't remember the game)!
And if there was twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, etc the vitriol by Miami fans would've been far worse!

It was probably Jonathan Vilma's sorry ass. He's been pretty firm with his agenda on whatever useless CFB show he's on at ESPN.
