SIMV, Just buy a really expensive car that gets really bad gas mileage. That way you don't have the extra $$$ to buy smokes.

I already have one of those.... well the gas mileage part anyways. I'm doing pretty well though. Cravings are starting to be less frequent and my shitty mood is starting to go away.

How much weight did you gain?

I didn't. In fact I've lost weight, but that can be attributed to other lifestyle changes that I have made in addition to kicking the habbit.

I make sure that I am eating better by watching what I eat and keeping a daily record of exactly what my nutritional intake is (calories, carbs, fat, protien, sodium), I get more exercise, and I dont drink nearly as much as I used to. I was amazed when I realized how many calories and carbs I was consuming in a night of drinking... not to mention the Steak n Shake pit stop on the way home or the sack of 10 White Castles.

I've also started making the switch to all natural and organic foods. I was reading the ingredients list on something one day and couldn't pronounce half of the things that were on there, nor did I know what the hell they were. So in short, that is why I decided to make the switch. Plus it's gotta be better for you.

So you've finally come out of the closet, eh?
