Actually Scooter.... I've drank every night since Thursday and haven't even wanted to smoke a cigarette. I've been chewing on straws like crazy and I have to have the best breath in the world right now because I eat breathmints constantly

My dumbass 17 year old brother has picked up smoking. I told him all the reasons that he shouldn't start, and asked him why he was doing it. All he said was, "Because I can". What a fucking moron. He's already coughing all the time.

That's pretty much what I did. Last Monday I had a few beers and smoked my last cigarette and decided on Tuesday that I wasn't buying any more. On Tuesday I had 2 cigarettes that I bummed of co-workers and haven't had one since.

Yeah that's him. My parents know, but they can't really control him anymore. My dad just had surgery last week (see the My Mom thread) so he can't do much right now. One of my buddies that my brother looks up to is golfing with us this weekend so I'll have him lay into him. My brother doesn't care about anyone, anything, or even himself, so he isn't worried about the health problems. He isn't planning on living past 35 from his last count, although that has gone up from 30 a year ago.
