Well... I'm into my 3rd day without a smoke. I even went to the bar last night and had a beer. Actually I just went for dinner but I had a beer with dinner. The bar I go to has free dinner from 5-7 monday-friday and I just can't pass it up.

Friday BFS is coming into town and we are going to the BHOF Cafe for dinner and some drinks... Are you a regular there? If so I'm sure we've met. I'm there all the freakin time. We may end up there later on in the evening, if you want to meet up I'll give you my cell #
