His post game presser was awesome; the comments online from other fans tell you how good he is playing right now; complete with the 1 retarded mistake per game I love everything he brings to the table right now. As the zoomers will tell you: he's got a nice aura
Absolute stud and definition of a team leader. It was fun to watch him today and he does what he needs to lead and get the job done. And you can't ever question his heart and will to win. I had to give him a specific shout out. Don't get me wrong, he's got talent...but the intangible qualities that don't show up on a stat sheet are what impress me with Will.
As much (completely unfair) criticism as he's gotten from our fans this season, of all the recent QBs we've had Howard is the one I would pick to lead the team in a big game.
We've had more physically talented QBs recently for sure, but I'll take Will's attitude and leadership over the stint of stoic, more physicially impressive quarterbacks we've had lately.
By stoic QBs I mean Stroud and Fields.
Not McCord. Kyle always looked like he just spent 4 non-stop months in a WWI trench.
Proud of this dude. I said he would be a qb you remember 10 years from now and I stand by it. Not CJ but a jacked up Barrett on roids. A winner and I am glad he came to TOSU.
