Former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor's relationship with memorabilia salesman Dennis Talbott dates to before Pryor ever took the field at Ohio Stadium, sources have told ESPN's "Outside the Lines."
Pryor and several other Buckeyes players were spotted at a private golf course near Columbus three to four times a week in summer 2008 with Talbott, who was a member. It was before Pryor's freshman season, but after he had already enrolled at the university, according to employees of the club, including the general manager.

I think there is a huge difference...one paints a picture that this guy was the bag man during his recruiting...the other looks like one of our resident pedifiles was taking him golf after he already enrolled and whose to say he didnt pay for the golf...which we all know he didnt but....

I tried to catch Skyline Chili before closing one night, parked, found the doors locked, returned to my car to find it booted...towtruck driver told me $35. I told him I had to go around the corner to the ATM...came back to another boot and now $60.

the towing companies hire spotters that sit at different locations on high street waiting for people to illegally park...its a fucking joke...and if i was pryor i wouldnt be caught dead driving that car on campus...im surprised someone hasnt keyed the shit out of it or broken the windows on it yet

The problem is if the IRS goes after Pryor it becomes public record if it goes through ANY court stuff? (Lawyers, can ya back me up, I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express)

Typically, the answer is yes. There can be protective orders put on to certain evidence that might be filed, but typically, if it's filed, it's in the public domain.
