Its all hype until it pans out on the field...

I thought they were planning on rescinding Troy, Reggie, Leinhart, and White's heismans and just giving them to Claussen for his amazing high school years... I don't know, though for sure, just thought I read that somewhere...OregonBuckeye;821757; said:So do they give him an extra year of eligibility or just give him an extra Heisman because he's so awesome?
Well, Rivals doesn't, but Scout does.OmahaBeef;821759; said:I havn't followed the recruitmen of Pryor TOO closely, but it would seem like coming in the same class as three of the top six O-linemen in the country would be a QB's dream, not to mention the fact that he would also be able to be part of the loaded '08 basketball class. I've seen his recruitment mentioned by some of the O-line recruits we've gotten in the past couple days, has there been any response by Pryor about coming to OSU now that we've got some great o-line recruits comin in?
(Edit: ok, I thought I read somewhere that Rivals had our O-line recruits ranked as 3 of the top 6, but I looked and it wasnt true. Either way, the thought process would be the same it would seem.)
I was at this camp (for other reasons) and Pryor was easily the best player there, though it was a weak crop overall. Throwing wise, he has the same effortless motion as VY, though Terelle is closer to a 3/4 delivery. I didn't see him run very much.westbuck04;821752; said:Pryor attended a quarterback camp last week headed by Steve Clarkson, the guy who tutored future 5-time Heisman winner Jimmy Claussen.

7:00 pm - Bill "Bank" Greene found Terrelle Pryor playing on the court next to us. Afterwards, Pryor told us in an interview that he will visit Texas and Ohio State for sure this fall. Pryor also said he would likely wait until signing day before announcing a decision and that Jim Tressel was in his school this past Friday. Greene will have much more on Pryor's interview later this weekend.
